Controls unfriendlyOperations manual/operations guide is a jokeLight as been placed at the back so it is of little useSound of "END" is so low that it is worthless.My previous model was better: a 5 out of 10 _ this model a 2 at bestYou need a new design teamThanks for asking.Bill McAfee

It's hard to get the bisque in appliances here of late. So that is one of the reasons I purchased this microwave. Only draw back is the timer isn't loud enough to hear over other household noises.But over all I like this device. And I've had other whirlpool appliances before. I Just trust the name.

Very pleased with this microwave

I enjoy the ease of use of this microwave especially the sensor features. The exhaust fan is quiet. The end of cycle buzz is loud enough to hear and a simple melodic phase. This microwave replaces a 28 year old microwave. Hopefully it holds up almost as long as my original one.

great product--- our washer and dryer--range and refrigerater are all whirlpool---our condo came with another brand microwave and when it failed I was glad to buy a whirlpool--it has a sensor and all the latest features--its easy to use and is used every day from making tea to cooking vegetables to cooking fish and rice and everything nice--its a healthy way to cook without fats and extra calories

I love my microwave it works really well. The only thing that does concern me is the fact that the outside is a little harder to keep clean. there is a spot on the top of it that I can not get off.

this microwave has some very useful features, like a soften button for butter or cream cheese, ect., potatoe button and many other features including a rack for double oven cooking. We love the completion chimes instead of it just beeping at you.
