Nice, easy to use, well designed. The exterior light could be a bit brighter, but otherwise is a good buy.

We enjoy our new Microwave oven very much. It does all we expect and it does it to perfection. The controls could be a little larger for us old folks but we are still able to make them out. Really like the two level lighting and we use it as a night lite in the kitchen.Thanks for the good product.

Our new Whirlpool microwave is beautful and we love it. The Two installers were extremely knowledgeful and thurough they did an excelent job of installation. Then showed us all of the new features of the microwave. The new model has many changes that are really good, such as the new fan mechanism. Over all we would recommend it without hesitation

The performance of the microwave exceeds my expectations, since I have had nothing but trouble with my refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes dryer

Disappointed in quality of item.

I purchased this Microwave on July 28, 2013. Last Sunday, I could not get it to heat anything. The exterior would get hot, but the food did not heat.I called my Whirlpool Service Number and they sent a repair man out. He came on Tuesday and had to replace the Magnatron. He did a great job. However, it was disappointing to me, to have to call for repairs, before the unit was even three months old. It is the third microwave that I've owned and never have I had one break down before. I gave the first two to charity, when I replaced them.I'd been having difficulty setting the power level. The repair man tired and at first it was difficult for him. He then tried hitting Cook Time first, then power level and it worked. Again, never have I had to have instructions, before.It is fine now, but I gave the less than satisfactory rating, because to need repairs so soon, after purchase wasterrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
