Works great. cook options that make sense.Only complaint: small /difficult to read program pad - that is the reason for "Design" and "Ease of use" marked as only averageA stainless steel interior would be nice.

You don't always get an appliance that looks great and works great too! It's very reliable, not too loud, actually cooks at the times the labels on food says to cook it!

selectable 4 speed exhaust fan does good job expelling cooking odors. With turntable, seems to cook foods quicker than previous microwave.

Good over the range microwave

Bought this microwave because it matched the rest of our stainless Whirlpool kitchen appliances. DIY installation was fairly simple. Only issue is the hood vent runs every time the microwave does, and the internal metal flap rests on metal, so there's a "clink" sound every time the fan shuts off. Between it being muffled by the cabinet it's in and the felt pads I placed where the flap rests, it's barely noticeable/only if you listen for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Micrrowave So Far!!!

We've had this microwave for several months now and are very pleased with it's performance, appearance, and multiple programming capabilities. It was bought as a replacement for an LG microwave that was very similar in functions but only lasted for three years! Prior to that we had a GE that lasted a little longer before it too needed to be replaced! So we are hoping that this Whirlpool microwave will continue to perform as iit does and that we will have it for many years to come! If we find ourselves shopping for a replacement for this microwave within the next three years, you may see an update to this review!!!!!!!
