poor quality

This is the microwave that came as part of the appliance package with my new house. While the microwave function still works, the turntable stopped working after two years. Replacing the turntable motor didn't work. It will cost more than the appliance is worth to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many great features

Great product, love the fact that the exhaust is in the front so there is no need for duct work. Works great, the only thing I dislike is the sound when its done. it is a very soft sound that is difficult to here from another room when using the timer function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only difficulty was with installation. Instructions indicate using shipping box lid pre-perforated shape as a mounting template. Too much play with bracket position using this approach. Had to abandon this attempt and took my own measurements for accurate mounting. After which all worked as described.

Not crazy about the squared off design. Do not like the features for operating. Too many choices and usually not one that I want. e.g. I would like to set the defrost to my choice. The quality and performance of the unit is very good.
