Lots of nice features. The popcorn setting is amazing. I wish the timer alert beep was a little louder, but love everything else about the unit.

This product is very easy to use. It is very self explanatory. Buttons are located in realistic places that make sure. I was nervous about the stainless steel looking dirty but I haven't noticed that at all. Not many finger prints. Very easy to clean.

Great microwave for rental rehab

This unit had all the features at a price point that made it affordable. It was purchased with along with a Whirlpool dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. The appliances look great with the new maple cabinets and granite countertops.

Cooks - that's about it

This microwave has sound that is barely audible. If I'm not in the kitchen when food is done I can't hear the microwave at all.You may as well not have any sound at all.Also, this microwave is too large for a kitchen with older cabinets as they are normally set lower on the wall than cabinets are today.You need to make a smaller, wall mountable microwave for older installations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
