I love how the turntable is flush with the inside bottom of the microwave, it stays on the track. It doesn't quite sense when a mini bag of popcorn is done but it's quite enough that you can hear when the popping stops. Love the stainless steel finish!

This OTR oven was esy to install, and although we've only had it a few weeks, it is performing well. We like the melody signals in lieu of the usual beeps.The only area for improvement is that the exhaust fan makes a lot of noise but draws a negligible amount of air. With all the noise we expected range steam and odors to disappear immediately, but that's not the case.We love the looks and the operation of this feature-rich oven and hope to use it for many years to come. Also it looks great in black!

I purchased my microwave as a replacement for my 6yr old Whirlpool microwave and when it came delivered and I installed it (was easy to do by the way) the fan ran out of juice after 2 uses. :(After the repair co. came out 2 times with a bad fan part, the third time was a charm! Almost a month later we were in businesses.The microwave looks nice and price is great. It doesnt have much extra to it and simple operation. I gave the design and quality a poor rating because I learned that this microwave only has 1 fan to operate instead of 2 like my last one (which never had a problem).I recommend you get one but make sure working before delivery guys leave and put it up so easy to return.

This Microwave has performed well so far. (2 months installed)The operation is quiet and food items seem to cook evenly. Functionality is well thought out and easy to understand.Only thing I would change is the alarm sound.

After overcoming the feature/function differences from the product it replaced, this microwave has done its job very well for a low usage household. We chose Whirlpool because we had such good luck with our laundry equipment and did not want to replace our old microwave with the same brand due to repair issues. Had this product over 6 months and so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
