the senor technology is convenient to use just press pad to desired food start and its ri ght on when finished. I also like the quietness of operation.

I have really enjoyed using my new microwave. All you have to do is follow the screen and everything is there. Just wish it had a regular defrost for breads.

very easy to use even my kids figured out how to start it. now just getting my 6 year old to stop using it is the trick. great product for the $. would definitely recommend to family and friends. my mom just purchased one after using mine and seeing how easy to use it is.

Our previous microwave was also a Whirlpool that was, at least, 10 years old. We liked it and it may have continued to run for quite a while longer except for some unfortunate mishaps during a recent kitchen remodel. We chose this new Microwave based upon a) our previous positive experience with Whirlpool microwaves b) price and c) features. We like that it's quiet, that is heats food quickly (quicker than the previous one), and that it looks nice (we like that it vents to the top rather than having the vents in front). Overall, we like it very much.

To frame this review , This product was apart of the purchase of our 1st new home as a range vent/microwave. My wife and I wanted to just have a range vent but we could only acquire this product. We've had some poor quality built range vent/microwaves but this by far has suprised us and made us feel comfortable in our home having it .Performance - is extremely versatile and accurate in its everyday use at home from defrost , popcorn, kids meals, tea, hot cocoa, fast heating technology. Not important but Cool sounds instead of the annoying long toned beeps.Quality - excellent and expertly builtEase of use - easy is the simplest way to put it and buttons sensor is extremely sensititive so you don't have to press hard.I think that pretty much covers it. I enjoy it and love our whirlpool appliance.
