This microwave was put into a house that I purchased. It is very easy to use. I have not had any problems with it and my food has heated evenly.

The microwave works well, it's easy to use, the fan and lights are fine, but the sound indicating time finished is so low we can't hear it unless there is no other noise in the house. Especially for seniors, too loud is better than too soft. I also do not like the tune it plays; it's annoying.

We are so pleased with this microwave. The sounds are not the traditional noises so that took some getting used too. Looks amazing in our kitchen. Love the soften function!
