Great, but stopped heating after 9 months

The unit fit in the existing custom hole with few issues. Its performance is outstanding with easy to read keypad and workability. Even changed the time with out it being a big deal. Well done Whirlpool!!!

Great for the price

Replaced an old microwave with this over the range model - brought my kitchen up to date. Powerful and easy to use, nice microwave, has large area for heating, inside is easy to clean. Touch screen buttons work easily. Very Pleased with value for the money on this one.

A quiet and welcome replacement

Quiet function, sensor works nicely and food rarely splatters, even with spaghetti sauce. This replaces another brand which quit working within 3 years. I like the function, features, and ease of use. I installed it and the directions were simple to follow. It will typically take 2 to get it in the space once the bracket is ready. The mount was much easier to use than the previous microwave as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this Microwave to go along with my other stainless steel appliances. I liked the sleek look and how easy it is to use. It is much quieter than the old one I had.
