Good product

This is a good product; however, I only wish that the fan wouldn't operate every time I use it! I need to figure out how to have the fan not operate while I'm cooking/heating food item(s). Plus, I think that the product does operate a little too loudly , probably due to the fan running.

First off its quiet and fast. It has two light settings which is great for ambience in your kitchen but not distracting when watching a movie or tv at night. The triple fan speeds are nice and convenient so when you need to suck the smoke out it does it quickly or just set it low so its not disturbing anything else that goes on such as conversing with visitors. The one button clock setup is great to many time have i run into other electronics that require breaking out the manual to understand how to operate...but this is definitely not the case....

Great features including soften/melt and reheat selections

I had another brand until the handle broke and when shopping for a new microwave Whirlpool had the best options and construction.There are so many great features but I have to say one of my favorite is the soften/melt option so I can easily soften butter.I also do a lot of popcorn and reheat beverage which seems to be timed perfectly for each. Another great option is to reheat casseroles. Each option seems to have many choices that fit in perfectly with our life style of using a microwave.In short, I am very happy with this product.The only sound level I have a problem with is the timer if I have other sound in the room or in another room, it is a little soft to hear easily.

Great quality

We try to always use Whirpool products and have never been disappointed. When our very old microwave finally stopped working, we simply called the applicance store where we shop and told them to replace it with a newer model of the old one. A couple days later....they were at the house installing. Oh, and I do like the chirpping sound it makes when the cycle is complete, rather than the annoying buzzer. Great improvement.

I like the option choices for reheating an defrosting

I like the different options for re-heating and defrosting. I re-heat a variety of foods, and like the choices given. I also like the sensing button for popcorn.

This microwave seems to work better than anyone we've had in the past. It has nice features and has provided easy cooking for us since moving into our new home. It works great for defrosting as well. Very good looking unit, with a lot of great features.

Upgraded in size when purchased & more features,What a joy to use. Great feel of quality when opening & shutting door. Easy to use & understand. Light is great & ample fan speeds. Great purchase!!!!!!!!!!!
