I have only one negative issue and it is a small issue, when cooking with the microwave, there is no "add 30 seconds" button to allow you to increase cook time without finishing the cook cycle and hen adding additional time and starting over. Only a minor issue at best, but other microwaves have had this feature and I used it quiet frequently.

This microwave is awesome! Doesn't have just the normal little beep when time is up--it plays a little song! Easy to use. Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to change power levels but not with this microwave. It's really easy. Keeping the interior clean is easy. I just wish it had the silver interior that's even easier to clean. That's the only reason I didn't gve the "features" rating an excellent.

We have owned this microwave for 6 months and have found it to be a great product. It has excellent features, runs quietly and heats evenly. My only complaint is that we can't hear the beeps when it is done cooking. Maybe our house is too noisy?

This Whirlpool replaces an older, more expensive microwave convection product which I liked a lot. Howevber, the newer features of Whirlpool are so updated, I don't miss that convection feature at all. I find the door to be noisy. But I love the feature of "double deck" - where two items can be microwaved at the same time. Being a musician makes me appreciate the solfeggio tones that sound when the mirowave time is finished - just a pleaant little attirubute!

The microwave is fully functionally in every way described. Heats food fast and through and defrosts food accurately and quickly. No regrets in buying it.
