I understand it is more energy efficient. I enjoy using it. Simple to operate and fast. My sister really likes the "music" when it signals the end of the cycle.

We have a black microwave and the outside surface is already scratches. I would like to see a surface that could withstand normal everyday use and cleaning scratches.

I've probably gone though at least 30 microwaves in my life and this one is hands down the best. I love the look, the ease of use, and how great it works overall. I would recommend this product to anyone no questions asked.

After all it's just a microwave, similar features to whatever else I've seen. Compared to other units I've used in the past, this one seems to be very powerful, gets things hot quickly, popcorn very fast, not burned, and few unpopped. Item sensor/ menue useful

This microwave runs quietly, cooks the food quickly, and is easy to use. I don't even have to get out the owner's manual! It was also relatively easy to install.

After nine years our last built-in micro-wave died, and we foiund it difficult to find a new one that was 36 inches wide. This unit came with spacers, so it fit perfectly. We're still getting used to the different controls, but so far it has done a good job.

Replacing our 15 year old microwave with a Whirlpool was a smart move. We love the new features. It was very easy to learn how to use after reading the instructions. Thank you for such a fine & good looking product!
