We bought this microwave a few months ago after deciding to update our kitchen. We like the microwave but it will stop cooking after a few minutes. It will work and then stop for awhile. We have had our control board replaced and the new board did not work when the tech checked it after just replacing it. We are in the process of getting a second opinion from an authorized repair facility. I am hoping the microwave will be fixed or we will be able to get another one. The microwave was manufactured in Oct 2013. We like the microwave as it cooks faster than our old one and is larger than our old one. We just need it to work all the time. Looking forward to seeing what will happen with our second repair/opinion. At this time we could not recommend this microwave to anyone because it doesnt work as it should. If it worked we would recommend it to others

We are enjoying this product very much, but we do wish there had a been a more thorough cooking guide with it. The sensing key is particularly nice feature.

This microwave was easy to learn and is well designed. We remodeled our kitchen and this fits in quite well with the new scheme. We especially like the sensor technology, which helps us avoid nuking popcorn, leftovers, etc.!
