We bought this unit in April. Great to have an eye level microwave that doubles as a range hood and vents outside. Model has all the features we were looking for.

whirlpool will be my choice from now on. We did find it a bit confusing at first but was easy after a couple of times we got the hang of it.

Sensor is great

The sensor feature on this microwave is great. "Baked" potatoes come out great. There isn't the tough, dried out results I had with my previous one. The only drawback with this one is the size. It protrudes out and extends down more that I would like. This makes the light also at an unusual position for seeing cooktop below.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not only is it very stylish, it cooks very evenly. it has so many features, it will take some experiencing to use them all. Love it!!!

Simple to use and excellent performance are the reasons this is the microwave to have in your kitchen. Searched everywhere for the Almond/Ivory color and was so happy that it was a reputable company to have everything that I needed.

We've had this whirpool microwave for 1 1/2 years and now it does not work due to control panel error. We called the company to get some help to have it fixed, but we did not get any help at all and they wanted to charge $90 plus additional charge depending on the problem. You should not have microwave break down that fast. We would not buy any whirpool microwave anymore - it's a low quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So loud

I was very surprise that this microwave was soooo big, bulkier than my last one, same brand and comparable model.Also is soooooo loud, the last one did not make any noise. I do not like the design. The only reason we bought it is because is whirpool and we knew it will last. We would like to have more options for a buisque color (beige).We would like to buy a refrigerator with french doors and water filter on that color but it's not available and I am afraid to buy another brand and not be a good quality.
