I spent a lot of time finding a replacement for my over the range microwave. I was frustrated that no retailers show the appliances plugged in. I would have chosen this one much quicker if they had. There are more useful features than described.The light has two levels (illuminating cook top well), the fan has three levels and the display panel lights are blue - these were things I had trouble getting the specs on.The microwave I replaced was less than 1 cubic foot, I wish Whirlpool still made a smaller model, this one is unnecessarily large. As with my previous Whirlpool, the fan does not pull from the cooktop at all. The option to turn off the turntable is vital to me, I don't see any benefits of using it. The heating is inconsistent with or without the turntable on and I suspect this is due to the large size, my previous Whirlpool never had this issue. The shelf is also unnecessary and can damage the oven if it is bumped off the hooks. The door is sturdy, as on all Whirlpools, unlike all the competitors. The "complete beeps" stop when the door is opened which is thoughtful. The Add 30 Seconds is immediate and handy. I hope this one lasts 15 years like my last Whirlpool!

This microwave is very easy to use and has great features. My 84 yr Uncle can use it with very little issues.

This microwave heats good up fast. It has a removable wire rack and you can turn off the turntable. It does have rather loud sound.

This microwave is the greatest microwave I have ever used. The one touch features are wonderful. I can have a perfectly cooked sweet potato or Irish potato by just pushing potato and start and it cooks perfectly every time. I use it every day to cook and reheat food. I would buy this product again. Love it.

I was among the 1st 2 own a microwave way back when. You needed to be a genius to calculate power, cook time to avoid undercooking or destroying food.This is my first microwave with sensors. Took me a while to "trust" it, but am finding it cooks faster and more efficiently than others I previously owned.
