Love the look, and ease of use. I love the "night light" feature that allows you to set it to automatically come on & off! Great feauture when you are coming home late!

It is easy to use right out of the box

I had to replace a maytag unit that failed in only six years. Had to go with the whirlpool because the Maytag did not come in Bisque. Had to do some mounting changes but was easy to install. Gals we changed, love this unit and the sounds it makes much more relaxing to hear. Cooks food well and love the steaming feature.

I like the innovations compared to my old model; over 15 years old And it heats so must faster. Popcorn in less that two minutes. And much cheaper that the the previous model! Roomier too!. Easy to clean.Hope it lasts as long as the old one.

Whirlpool microwaves last a long time.

My last whirlpool microwave lasted 15 years. I bought a different name brand after that and it only lasted one year. I immediately went back to a whirlpool microwave and I love it. I learned my lesson. Thanks for making such a great product.

I am in love with this microwave!! The settings are amazing sensor technogy makes it easy for my 14 the old to operate!! I couldn't of asked for anything better!! The cooking couldn't be more accurate!

I have had some problems with this product

I have had some problems with this product, for example there are times were my food has come out warm but other were I have had to reheat it at least 2 or 3 times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only problem is the timer sound is so low you have to be standing right next to the microwave to hear it.
