Want a Practical Product? ...THIS IS IT.

When it comes to practical use This is the one. Nothing fancy. Just well built and easy to use. All the buttons are well marked and simple to understand. Now take in consideration, I'm a guy who just wants to heat up last night's dinner or reheat a cup of coffee. But since I made the choice of this particular microwave, I keep asking my wife what she thinks of it and so far no complaints. Which is good because she uses it much more than I do. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Thanks WHIRLPOOL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with the position of the light under the microwave which is too far back. Not only that but it is hard to know in the night where the place is to turn it on. I think there should be a raised button for it to be easily found. Also I think the light should be either On or Off and not used as a "night light. "I miss the light I used to have under the hood.

Great realiability

The Whirlpool microwave is reliable, easy to operate, easy to clean, has an excellent fan and lighting system. It saves me time and money. I cook larger meals and store the leftovers and warm them in the microwave. This is faster and less costly than the stove top or oven. The fan system is excellent as is the lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My light blew the second time I used it. You have sent the service tech. He said it's the control board so is ordering it & it should be here in 3 to 5 days. He said he will call when it comes in & take care of it.Thank you

Very dissapointed with this product! It's predecesor was wonderful!, but not this one! The light is positioned too far back to see the front burners on the stove, you just can't punch two or three for cooking times-you have to put in the whole zero zero thing, the timer alarm doesn't stop until you press cancel, and the door is so light and cheap I'm afraid I'm going to break it every time I close it! The sensor also doesn't work right--burns popcorn, water isn't hot, etc!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
