We are very happy we replaced the old one in order to match our other new appliances. The controls are easy to understand and set for various types of food dishes. The sounds that it makes are appropriate without being irritating. It is also nice to have a clock that is easy to set when power goes off. The unit was also quite easy to install with good instructions and I put it in by myself which was great since I am 69 years old and I hate to be a bother to other people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave is easy to use and clean. My only experience is with other whirlpool microwaves. In my experience, the features are all pretty much the same.

It's a microwaves it does what it's suppose to! I did have one touch cooking on my previous microwave where if you touched the number 3 it cooked for 3 min I do miss that it's not available on this model other than that it works well
