Great microwave. I love how it matches my dishwasher. Heats food great and has a cute chime at the end when the food is ready!

Very happy with my Whirlpool microwave

One of the best features on this, is the keep/hold warm button. I use it a lot. The food stays nice and hot without overcooking it. This was a must feature when we were looking for a microwave.

I don't like the automatic fan

I hate the fact that when you boil water the fan comes on and you can't cut it off right away. I also hate the fact that when you boil water the door handle heats up.I love the fact that the interior design is easy to keep clean.

We purchased this product mainly because it matched our other black ice appliances. We have noticed it is quieter than our old microwave and has many more features. This unit seems to heat better and more evenly.

Great Microwave

The keypad controls are easy enough to understand without reading the instruction manual....always a plus for me. I particularly like that you can turn off the turntable and the options under defrost as perfect. The fan may be a little noisy, but not unbearable. Nice light and timer.
