It's Okay.

We bought this about a month ago on clearance, as we didn't have a lot of money to spend. It's okay. When it's cooking it's pretty quiet, but running the fan is very loud and tinny sounding. The inside feels like aluminum and kind of cheap. I wouldn't buy this model again. We miss our previous Whirlpool microwave which bit the dust.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has great features.

I like the soften, melt feature especially for softening butter. Also the sensing capability for various other settings, like reheating a dinner plate. The only thing I don't like is the tone used to notify when the cycle is complete.

We have only had this microwave a few months and we love it already. It has great features of which we have used a few of themand anticipate using more of them as we go along. The design is exactly what we were looking for, as a matter of fact we had already chosen another brand microwave of similar design and it was taking way too long to be delivered. so we went to the place we purchased it at and when I saw the Whirlpool and it had the same design we immediately both said yes this is the one we want.RP/Foxboro, Ma

Easy to use and works well

My old microwave had a fried motherboard so it functioned very poorly. This microwave is amazing in comparison! I love the easy to use buttons and all of the different options that are available. I would definitely recommend this microwave to anyone who is looking for a good quality that does not want a convection oven.

I've had my new microwave for a few months. It is quiet, and works well. I replaced a ten year old Whirlpool microwave with this one. Whirlpool is an appliance brand that I have always had good luck with.
