The only thing is I wish the alarm when the cooking is done was a little louder. It is sometimes hard to hear.

I love my new whirlpool! It is easy to use and looks great in my kitchen. The controls and the door all have a feel of quality. It is so intuitive even my husband can use it.

this product satisfies its criteria. easy to use, has good options, the color is right, fits perfect. has charming alarm sound, The only problem I had with this microwave is with the installation.it is very difficult to line up the holes on the top of the oven to the top shelf . unless you are a qualified carpenter it is almost impossible to have the holes on the top shelf lined up right not to mention the back connection support. first its seems too small and light to handle the weight of the oven then it has to line up so the holes on the top shelf lines up.it was a nightmare. surely you can come up with a larger frame that you just screw on the cabinet and all you would have to do is slide the microwave into the frame and you are done, no need to ask the neighbor for help and less stress for your customers. sincerely.
