[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this cooktop after having a 30" for many years. the various sizes of the burners are excellent, the center burner is exceptional for boiling water for pasta. I would give 5 stars if the burners were fully removable for cleaning. Unable to get underneath the burner to clean in the case of a spill or boilover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful cooktop with a very hot center burner. Great for boiling large pots of water or stir frying. I just use common sense for the application. I choose burner by what size pan I am using. And adjust the heat for the purpose. I use good cookware (All-Clad, & cast iron). so far I have not needed to set the heat any higher than third dot from low. One observation I will make has to do with the heat conduction from the thin cast iron grates. Since there is not enough mass to cool when used, the front of the cook top will get warm/hot. Just keep in mind when using and not get alarmed if you rest your hand on the surface. The grates do have small rubber pads installed to lift grates slightly. If pads get damaged or lost, replacing with cut silicone would work. .
Installation.
I had no real issues with the install other than having to purchase a 5/8 male adaptor for the pressure regulator output line. I did not need any special tools. Just Pipe thread tape and a wrench

Cleaning.
The stainless top is a bit tricky to keep clean, but again common sense will dictate that if you use this regularly, it will require some elbow grease. Follow the recommended cleaner "Bar Keepers Friend". I also recommend pre-seasoning the grates like any cast iron cookware.
The biggest issue for me is where to place the grates as I am cleaning the burner area.

This was an upgrade from a 23yr old Jen-air cook top. Well worth the price paid.
Also the seller kept me in the loop for questions including assisting me with solving an issue that I had with one of the parts that was damaged from shipping. (The issue was not a functional issue). However, I have been informed that the replacement is on back order with no ETA. A little concerning. But I was able to splint the broken grate using a steel hose-clamp. Would be 5-star if it were not for the back order with no ETA. Functionally I Love this cooktop. Have a nice day. God Bless.

Only had the cook top for 3 years and its already time to replace. Paid extra for the professional line, but metal is thin and feels cheep. Our valves are starting to break and leak already.
