Grea Double Convection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was in a house we purchased recently and we love it. The temperature dials are real like a professional oven, and the racks are extremely solid and hold roasts just fine when you pull them out to check them. We especially like the double temperature probe, one for each oven. We have only used one of them so far for a pork shoulder, but it worked perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Professional look and easy to use

Great looking oven but lacks basic functions

So overall we like how the ice looks and performs, but we have had many issues where we have had techs from two different companies come out a total of 6 times.
Missing functions/poorly designed functions:
No delayed start
No timed cook
“Alarm” on timer is very quiet and only beeps once

Issues we have had, which is probably only with the oven we have:
Bottom oven did not heat properly so they had to replace the motherboard and the switch
Light turns off when the bottom door is opened and closed but the display still shows that the light is on. If the light switch is not reset then the light will not turn on when the top door is opened; this has stumped two technician companies and is still not fixed.

If you don’t need/want delayed start and cook timer then this is a nice oven, but if you want those functions then I would find another model or brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a F3 alarm

I have a F3 alarm, I just replace the temperature sensor in the top oven and then it started the F3 alarm not sure what that means can you help me
