Trouble with cooling fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this oven for three months, and at first loved it. The convection fan in the top oven had to be replaced, and now the top cooling fan has failed, leaving us unable to use the top oven at all, and the bottom one shuts off at times.,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great but having issues from day 1

Just had this installed and after cooking a few times and seeing food drying out we realized something was wrong. The preheat light does not shut off. I read online and this seems to be a common problem...WHY???!!?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

J ST, thank you for taking the time to submit your wall oven review. Models (like yours) that have a hidden bake element take a little longer to preheat. Suspect Broiler Element

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason I bought this oven was because I was tired of the electronic panels failing on previous ovens. So far, so good - however I did have a slow start - I couldn't get the broiler element on the lower oven to actually turn on. I had to turn the knobs in a particular order to get it to turn on. If this continues it will be going back. Therefore I cannot yet recommend this oven to a friend. I do miss not having a time bake/ delayed bake function, but not enough to have to deal with electronic touch pads to get these functions. The other draw back of this oven is that there is no way to see what the temperature is - no read out, only a blue light that tells it is pre-heating. I added an oven thermometer to know what's happening.

I really want to love these ovens and was so excited to get double wall ovens in our new house but I have one HUGE complaint. The timers! They are so quiet and go off only a few times and then stop. I have burned quite a few things now due to this. I am a busy mom of twin toddlers, when I put something in the oven I need a nice loud timer that wont stop until I address it. Our last Frigidaire slide in stove/oven had a nice loud timer that didn't stop until it was addressed. If I could fix that one thing, then I would love these ovens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a brand new home and it came with Frigidaire pro series appliances. I've only used it for a month and already dislike this oven. When it preheats, it is SO loud. And the chime for when it's done preheating and when the timer goes off is SO quiet. I have to stand by and watch it to know when it's done preheating. I've also burnt food a few times because I can't hear the timer go off. It beeps so quietly and only once. I wish it were like the microwave that beeps every so often until you open it. I also dislike the fact that the only digital display is the time and the timer. I feel like I'm in a time warp with the old school knobs. The oven light turns on both ovens or neither and if you open the door of the other oven you aren't using, the light turns off. I've had a tech out and he stated these are all just "quirks" of the oven. I purposely didn't sign up to extend the warranty on this oven because when it breaks, I will be getting another brand ASAP.

This has been a great oven and would like to rate it higher BUT I can’t find a feature when I can program it to start at a certain time. Bake my food and then shut off. I work and this is a feature I had in my old oven. If anyone knows how to do this I would love to know how.
