Problems right out of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I got had been dropped and both handles were bent. The company I was working with was SUPERIOR on replacing it ASAP.
Installed the oven with help from an electrician and my brother. It's a very heavy
unit. First time using it, it shut down on me. I was using both ovens at once for a Christmas party and I got a code of F-45. After doing some major research I was able to determine it was the lower cooling fan. This seems to be a RECURRING problem with these units.

I will give my seller major credit for setting up the repair. Technician came out and was unable to fix by himself. Still waiting on him to return to fix the unit.
Nice design. Looks good in kitchen. But, obvious Frigidaire/Electrolux have some major quality control issues with this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought again...not as good as last model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this professional double oven for our new build which finally completed in early 2017. I loved the clean lines and retro look of knobs and not all of the buttons. We had pretty good success with our last build in 2010 with
the professional series...so we thought we would try again. Although the compressor went out on our refrigerator, our double ovens had to be recalibrated and the magnetometer went out on our microwave. Other than that, they were perfect.

Back to the new unit. I am majorly dissatisfied with two things. First, I can’t see the display on the clock/timer. It is too dim. The microwave is directly above, and I can read the time clearly on it from across the room. Secondly, as has been mentioned by others, the darn timer alert can’t be heard. I have to use the timer on the microwave or my phone. The timer on the oven is useless.
I could mention a couple of other minor items, but I don’t want to be picky. I loved the improved stand alone refrigerator and freezer with built-in kit. Handles much improved and what a great value. Microwave is solid. Gas cooktop is awesome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm pleased with my double oven. If I had a choice to purchase gas I would have. Researching for a double oven, I'm not sure they even come in gas as I wasn't able to find one. I also wish the light on/off option was for the one on use instead of being on for both ovens.

Accurate cooking and the preheat option for frozen pizzas works perfectly and cuts the cooking time in half. The no fingerprint material is perfect for families with kids. The alarm is not the best and you will eventually switch to using the microwave timer. Everything else is perfect.
