[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved in 4 weeks ago and this is the new appliances that came with the house. The latch sticks and we had to figure out where to push in to open it. It has a certain place that opens it easily otherwise we can't get the door to open. I would rate it as average because it's the first microwave I've had that has door opening issues.

Microwave door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for a few years and it worked fine but' now the door gets stuck. I'm concerned that the 2 black plastic latches will break due to the fact that it tends to get stuck and not want to open...
