Display going out after 17 months

Door won't open and Trim kit very flimsy

After 18 months the door will not open. The trim kits are also very poorly made and crack at the fasteners. Seem to be very similar reviews from others. Beware!

Control Panel is BAD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had read everyone else’s reviews before purchasing! Bought this microwave for a new build in December 2017. Earlier this year the display on the control panel started fading. Now, it is so faint you can barely read it all unless you basically place your face on the microwave. It still cooks fine, but I’m frustrated the control panel is going out! It looks like this is a recurring issue for this model!!

Poor product

This came with a new house. The builder made the choices. We had no choices.
Three years old and the unit is failing. The read out is so dim that you can’t read it. The door opener doesn’t work most of the time. It’s only a matter of time before we will have to replace it.

Lousy Electronic Reliability

Wish I could give it zero stars. Less than 3 years old and the main control board goes out. Buy replacement board and it too fails to work. NO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!!! They live up to their reputation.

Frustrated

Bought a new house, 2 days later this microwave stopped working

Bought a house with these very nice stainless steel appliance package which included this microwave. Two days later all the extra buttons on the microwave won’t work, and can only hit quick start after hitting cancel 4 times. Is there any solution how to repair or fix without replacing?
