Perfect for our family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has worked great for the needs of our family. I haven't had a complaint yet. It was delivered with a dent in the back but because it fits in a cupboard we decided to just live with it versus the hassle of returning it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Display stopped working

Although this microwave looks fantastic, after only 2 years of light use the display panel has stopped working completely, rendering our "professional" appliance virtually unusable. After reading the reviews here it appears that this is a common problem with this particular product. We are extremely disappointed and hope that Frigidaire will step up and remedy the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lights out! :(

Like many of the recent reviews, the display has quit working less than two years after purchase. It is discouraging to see the cost to repair this defect. Great looks and functionality-poor value and durability.

Display got dimmed after 1.5 years

I searched the internet and see it is a common problem with a lot o complaints. The product has nice design and fair price but I hate to purchase electrical item for only 1.5 years. It needs to be more durable

Digital Display Went Out....Twice

We moved in this house with brand new appliances in 2016. The digital display went out in the first year and it was still covered under the warranty. The digital display was repaired, but about a month ago, it went dim again. Last time we buy a Frigidaire product.

Buyer Beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the Frigidaire Professional Series microwave is visually appealing, it is definitely lacking in quality. After only two years, the display has gone completely dim. I was extremely disappointed to see the number of other reviews that stated this exact same issue. In addition to this, the door of the microwave doesn't always open when you press the door release panel (this issue started about 15 months after owning the microwave). I'm now struggling to find someone locally to repair the microwave as it is out of warranty (the repair company that Frigidaire recommended in my area does not work on microwaves out of warranty). I guess this is why Frigidaire only offers a 1 year manufacturer's warranty - they're definitely in the clear when the problems start to arise with this particular model. This was my first time owning a Frigidaire appliance, and sadly it will probably be my last. I guess I'll be in the market for a replacement microwave.

Display died in just over one year

Bought this unit since we needed a wall install microwave. Display failed on us suddenly and now can't see anything we input. Manufacturer issue 100%. Very disappointed
