Nice Looking Appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an older white built-in microwave and am pleased with the contemporary look. Large capacity and runs quietly. Cooks well, though we have not yet used all the features.

First One a Dud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first microwave, that came as part of my suite of kitchen appliances, worked for about 5 times and then just died. Since it was still under warranty, a part was replaced, but it still didn't work. I told the local store where I had purchased it that it was time for a replacement microwave, as I had been without a microwave for the entire summer. I finally did get a new one and so far so good, I like the large capacity. My only complaint is that it beeps a lot when it's done, and if I don't take the food out right away it becomes annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth it

Right after warranty expired the latch actuator broke, there appears to be no simple fix for this. You cannot press the button to open the microwave...read about others with same problem, wish i knew this before purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Not the same quality of the previous model. Can't read the clock unless you are right in front of it, can barely hear the buzzer and the auto defrost feature makes it virtually impossible to defrost anything but the 7 foods that are listed. No timed defrost option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
