Less buttons than my old microwave.

I recommend reviewing the trim kit installation guide. In some cases, an improper install may affect the opening/closing of the microwave’s door.

LIght Panel problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought this microwave the light panel was very dim and hard to read. Since the microwave was up high we assumed it was the angle. We have since discovered this was a problem with this unit. However we didn't realize until it was out of warranty. Since then the entire panel has gone out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Display stopped working

We have had our microwave for almost 2 years and the display stopped working or is barely visible. Most expensive microwave we ever bought and it lasted the shortest amount of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful, but pretty basic for a "Professional"

I was a little disappointed in the features of this "professional" line microwave. It doesn't seem to have the same bells and whistles lesser priced models and brands have. However, it heats up my beverages pretty quickly, and food evenly. However there are not a lot of pre-set buttons like on the previous model or other Frigidaire series. To cook certain items one must press several buttons before you get to the correct pre-set. Also the end beep beeps 3 times... and if you don't get it within what seems like 10 seconds it beeps again, and again and again... It's quite annoying.

Cook time display very badly designed!

I brought this built in microwave 2 weeks ago, got it installed. The cook time display is about 10" above my eye level and it is very difficult to read. I have to come very close to the MW and look at the time display. If I stand on a step stool and look at the display, it is great! It is badly designed as far as displaying the time of the day or cook time. Also the timer cannot be used if the MW is in use!
It works great otherwise. No issues. But I feel like these 2 basic features have been taken away from the MW. Please fix your design!
