Good features, timer is limited

Beautiful microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for kitchen remodel and have it wall mounted above the wall oven so I have the trim kit. Works great. Only downside is the key pad sometimes doesn't recognize my finger tips.

Now I'm disappointed

Installed this microwave just over a month ago and now it has no power. I plugged a small appliance into the socket and it works so I know there is power going to the plug. But the microwave quit (it had been working flawlessly) and has no lights for the clock and all the button are dead. I previously posted a favorable review but need to amend that by using a different email address.
I have two Frigidaire Professional Ovens and a Cooktop in my garage waiting to be installed and I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performs Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does the job in spite of sometimes confusing instructions. Not all of the features work exactly as described. The trim kit was EXTREMELY hard to install. This microwave must sit perfectly flat in order for the door to open smoothly. Overall it is a good choice but I would suggest a professional installer to help with the trim kit.

Great alternative to oven and microwave combo
