Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is extremely easy to use. I love the timer, light, and features it includes. I do wish that it would stay hotter, it takes a bit longer to cook my food, but I guess that happens with electric appliances.

Termperature

I have the temperature indicator set as loud as I can BUT I still cannot hear it and therefore cannot how figure out if the oven has reached the correct temperature.

Error code from day one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new build home and the oven was installed by an appliance supplier . It had been checked briefly for the ability to turn on. After closing we discovered the oven will not go passed preheating . We get error code of F45. We are now into owning the home for 1 month and still no working oven . The warranty process is difficult and time consuming . Truly wish that it would have just been replaced instead of us having to jump through hoops after paying so much for something that never worked in the first place . The oven has never been used and looks fantastic and shiny . Ovens are not supposed to pristine , I would love to be able to try it .

Poor quality

Installed for 3 months and on second repair call. Brand/ Model badges applied crooked on several appliances. Clock set touch pad button on oven has ceased working

Opt for a different wall oven!

You literally have to stand right next to the oven to hear the beep that the timer went off. And it only goes off once. I have to set a phone timer EVERY time I use the oven. I can’t believe I paid an upgraded fee for this thing! And the light to tell you it’s pre-heaterd, you have to be at eye-level to make sure it went off. No beep for that either. Setting timer is super clunky and doesn’t always work. You also have to bend way down to make sure you are setting the heat right as you can’t see the lines under the knob. I would recommend skipping this unit altogether!!

Look for a different brand

Well we have had this for two years, called in one service call and he said there is nothing wrong. This is the loudest oven ever, burns the food, and the preheat beep is so soft you can not hear it even when set to the loudest level. It also take a long time to preheat. We have read the manual and tried everything it just does not bake/cook very well. Will be looking to replace this.

Looks nice & works well but its Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we like it but the fans are quite noisy. Always had gas ovens in the recent past so not sure if this is a "fact of life" with newer electric ovens but its pretty annoying. It sounds like the range hood is running when the wall oven is on.
