Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fridgidaire Professional Series Oven came with our new DR Horton House. I am please with its operation. Care must be taken to rotate food such as pizza so that it does not burn on one side when using convection.

I can't hear the timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great and works well. For some reason the timer only emits a very quiet sound upon completion. As a senior it really worries me so now I don't use the oven timer and instead use an external timer with a good ring that keeps going. Much safer.

Noisy and hot

We upgraded a new home with the complete Frigidaire Professional Series appliances. From day one we have been largely disappointed by each of the appliances. Specifically with the wall oven it is extremely noisy with the fan sound being significantly louder than any other wall unit that we have ever had. The time is also so quiet that you cannot hear it when it alerts at the end of the setting. Additionally, the unit exhausts a tremendous amount of heat back into the kitchen. The oven does seem to cook okay, if you can get past these other issues. If we had know this prior to buying, we would have gone in a different direction.

I hope the following tips will help you get the best performance from your wall oven.
If you think the oven is cooking too hot or too cool for the temperature you select, you can adjust the actual oven temperature to be more or less than what is displayed by accessing the UPO (User Programmable Offset). Please review page 22 of your Use & Care Guide for further details about the UPO.
Also, I recommend reviewing your unit’s installation guidelines. In some cases, improper installation may cause your range to produce unfamiliar sounds or excessive heat.
Should the above suggestions prove ineffective, please give us a call. We can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432, and available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-8pm EST.

Cooks very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven one month ago. It cooks well. The designers need to work on the volume on the timers. You can barely hear them. Also the middle rack does not lock back in place.

Do Not Buy!!

Oven has not worked since day 1 and no luck with the service provider to repair it. It gives a fault code and shuts down.
