Nice look - but no frills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] POSITIVE: Great look, streamlined and slightly retro with the knobs. The "No-Preheat" function is great as well, saving lots of time. I really like the racks - especially the roll-out one.
COULD USE IMPROVEMENT: Knobs turn too easily. You could accidentally turn on the oven by brushing by them or reaching over them to the cooktop or microwave. Center digital panel only has time and two timers. It would be great if it also displayed the current temp of the oven. Timer touch sensitivity is difficult. You have to touch it just right to advance the time, but if you are off the timer sets in place and you cannot add time. Have to start over. Annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Liked the old on better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the professional model double ovens in our previous home and assumed the single oven would be the same but it's not. The controls are dials not digital pad like the old. It doesn't bake even. You can do a tray of cookies and some will be over baked. There are hot spots. Biggest problem is you can't hear the timer go off unless you are standing right beside the oven. I was told there is no way to adjust the volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek design, cooks well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this unit for about a month now with no issues. I find that my food is cooked evenly and is even forgiving with having to have baked good in longer than the suggested time. In my old oven, my baked goods would burn, but for some reason, with this one, they do not burn and I get a more even color all around. The only thing that I do not care for is that the knobs and the touch screen are super sensitive. So when you are cooking on the stove stop, you body can turn on the the touchscreen or move a knob with just the slightest touch. Other than that, it is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice oven but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is very nice but the temperature fluctuates when making changes. For example, if it's set to 350 degrees and you adjust the temperature slightly, it changes more than it should and shoots up to 400 degrees. We confirmed this with two different oven thermometers which showed the exact same results.

NO WORTH THE UPGRADE

We just built a brand new home last year and upgraded to this line of appliance for an extra $600. Have regretted it ever since. We can never get a pizza to cook evenly, no matter what setting or what we cook it on. And last week our power went out, and now the oven will not turn on. This oven is only a year old as of December. So annoyed and frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works 5% to 10% of the time

I moved into a new home a month ago. I have tried to use the oven but have not been very success at getting it to turn on. know were in the oven manual does it tell you how to turn the oven on, just how to set the knobs. I have turned the knobs to bake and turn the temp to 400 and it sounds like it turns on and the lights turn on, on both knobs but it does not heat up. I can leave it on for 3 hours and it still wont heat up. I have played with the knobs and I have only been successful twice to get it turned on.
I am not to smart at getting this oven to work. There is also no lit display that tell you what the temperature is at, just a little beep if your around to hear it, Whats with that
I will place this oven on the new home owners list of repairs.
