I purchased these for flying to Asia. Noise cancelling was decent and sound was very good. I am disappointed there is no case for the headphones.

Strangely my (and the other review) have disappeared. These are not worth the price in my opinion. Ease of use is good and audio quality just fine. My two gripes are the noise canceling- which doesn't seem to work much and the design.
There are supposedly 3 settings for the noise canceling and it chooses automatically which it deems best. I'd like to have some control over that. These are on the ear rather than over. I understand this is a standard feature of noise canceling headsets. So they are simultaneously uncomfortable if worn too long and get hot on your ears yet slip off if you bend over. So tight and loose at same time.

These headphones were purchased in a package which included a case, etc. Bought for travel but they are so nice I use them regularly rather than ear buds. The sound is superior even to the Bose ear buds I have and with features like Bluetooth/NFC pairing AND built in smartphone answering what more could anyone want. They are also superior at blocking out noise, I use them every visit to the dentist! Great buy, great product, very happy!!
Wont pair with IPAD IPod and commercially available BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTERS AND RECEIVERS. Head phones Not wide enough. Sound good with plugs but not when paired to android phone. Any device that is this difficult to pair with BLUETOOTH MUST BE REENGINEERED!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi HowieNEFLASH, The compatible smartphones are smartphones with the NFC function built-in (OS: Android 2.3.3 or later, excluding Android 3.x). Thanks.

I love these headphones. I tested it on a flight and was very impressed with the noise cancellation feature. These replaced an earlier Sony set (which I loved very much), and the quality was a hundred times better. Have not compared against the Bose, but did not cost near as much, not to mention that Bose did not have a Bluetooth version at the time I purchased these. Speaking of bluetooth, I was sitting in the middle of the plane and could enjoy my misc from the restroom. They may not be the best as rated by the experts, but for the money, you can't beat them.
Love the Bluetooth since you are wireless. Also the Bluetooth has a range of approx 40 feet. Battery life seems very good good although I only use them a couple hours a day
