[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this coffee maker. I have favorites in both coffee pods and ground coffee. With the the Flex Brew I can have what I want. Easy to use, easy clean up.

After one month of use, the needle that punctures the k cup clogged . I’ve had to clean the needle every four times of use.

Better than Keurig

Love it because you have the option of using fresh grounds of coffee for a single cup or the pods. My keurig never last more than 1.5 yrs just outside of warranty. I have had 3 and I'm done and will not go back.

This is the second one we have purchased,
Because we like the options. But this is also the second one that has quit working within two years. I will not purchase another one. So now searching for a new coffee pot!!!
