I purchased a Flexbrew about 3-4 years ago. It lasted that time until it would not dispense water at all on either side. I then bought another Flexbrew, and it has never worked on the single serve side. The needle clogs easily and it never dispenses all the water. I need to rebrew 3 and 4 times to get the water to fully dispense one cup of coffee. This occurs whether it is a small cup with a small amount of water or a larger amount of water. So frustrating to spend money on a defective product! From looking at the reviews, I see that it is hit or miss with this product. Why take a chance? What happened to quality control at Hamilton Beach? I will now switch companies after having this last Flexbrew for about a month.

Poor quality

It often stops in the middle of brewing, makes a loud gurgling sound. Sometimes it is because the needle is clogged, other times it's not and I have no idea. The pod is wasted because you have to start over. This started within a month of purchasing brand new. Other comments state the same things. Avoid!! Do not buy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 years ago and use both options during a week's time. Brews like it did out of the box. The kcup feature is nice because you pour in and then brew, eliminating water just sitting in a reservoir. Hot plate keeps the brewed coffee steamy and features auto shutoff. Ordering one just like it for my rental.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my fourth flex brew coffee maker, always my favorite, but so disappointed, cheaply made, store won't return because I didn't open it for a month after I bought it.

Best Dual Coffee Maker

We had this same coffee maker for years. It finally started intermittently freezing up so I ordered a new one. I was looking at the other units on the market but none have this combo of ease of use and price point. Go Hamilton Beach!

I purchased the FlexBrew Trio and only the pod side works, the bug coffee pot side doesn't work and I've done all the troubleshooting and everything. Very disappointed. 🥹
