[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for over 6 months. It has worked out well but, wish the basket was conical instead of flat because the water does not spread all over. I end up with dry spots where the coffee doesn't get touched. I usually have the lid open and stir it so all the grounds get under the spout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very pleased with my coffee maker in the beginning. Recently it has been having an issue making an entire pot of coffee. We can fill with water, and we are only getting half a pot of coffee.

Love the versatility of the Flex Brew. We upgraded our older Hamilton Beach Flex Brew to this one, and love the improvements. Easier to use, especially for pods, and easy to clean.
