Really wanted this to be Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a while ago because we loved that you could either brew one cup or a whole pot. However, the side that brews one cup, stopped working and the water would no longer flow through it. So now we are stuck with just using the carafe side. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's super easy to use, even if you didn't have a user manual, and it doesn't take long to brew my coffee. We have even used it to make tea. Absolutely love my coffee maker!!!
