Stopped working after 2 weeks

Had this for 2 weeks and it was working just fine. Tried to use it today and nothing works. I put grounds and water in the single cup side like I do every day and pressed the button. The fill H20 warning came up but there was water in there so not sure what that’s about. I put grounds and water in the carafe side and pressed start, it said it was brewing for about 30 seconds but nothing happened.

This is a replacement for an older FlexBrew. It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I do the carafe at breakfast and at family dinners and use the KCup side all other times.

LOVE THIS BREWER

I ordered this after shopping around, and wishing I had ordered sooner, I would have had better coffee and saved a fair bit of money. I received my coffee maker today and found it so easy to use. I ordered the flex brew trio, and am delighted with all of it....the instructions are written in everyday English if you need them. The coffee is HOT...finally a good HOT cup of coffee...the single use is great, it allows you to pick the size if you want 6 oz up to 14 oz, great for the larger mugs or the travel mug..the price is a very nice surprise as well ...thanks..a very satisfied customer..

What a bank for your Buck

It is so easy to use and having all the features are such a plus. Makes great coffee and it is a very good Quality product.

I what is approximately 5 years ago. I have enjoyed making pots of coffee, and also making cups of coffee with pods. Either way it continues to make great coffee.

This maker sucks

I'm not happy with my coffee maker, I had it for 6 months, it is now not making coffee anymore. I did use a paper clip to unclog the holes in the machine. I tried to make coffee again; the machine still did not operate. I got really angry for not working and I needed to leave for a meeting. I will NOT purchase another Hamilton Beach of anything if it cannot stand behind their products. If I had a choice, I would give this product an outright zero and tell people don't buy it.
