[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this FlexBrew for 3 years and have used both the carafe and individual cup access. Both are dependable and brew correctly. I would recommend you always use filtered or non-tap water to keep lime from building up. We have done this and have never had a problem.

Okay dual coffee maker couple flaws

I replaced my old coffee maker with this flex brew by HB.
It works fine but one problem is the heat pad gets too hot and makes the coffee too hot over time(200*).
One other is it takes longer to brew a pad. 3 minutes for one pad.
