Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the only coffee drinker in the house right now, and having a flex brew really works well for me. I can use the single brew for myself, and when visitors come, a pot of coffee is ready rather quickly.
It's easy to use and simple to clean: our water is harder than it has been and I find if I don't keep up on the cleaning the coffee takes longer to make, but a little vinegar and some rinse cycles and it's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to have a Keurig, and we wanted the option to have a single cup or brew a pot for the day...this Flex Brew is awesome, and it makes a great single cup or pot of java, we just love it!! I highly recommend it to anyone~

Would always clog up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought and exchanged multiple makers because the makers life expectancy was like 6 months. This would clog on the kcup side. The automatic timer worked perfectly and I did miss this model, it was the perfect size for any right counter space
