I can't set the clock and it won't start....

I plugged it in but I can't set the clock, it flashes then goes blank. I guess tomorrow I will return it to the store and get another brand..............I'm very unhappy with your product. It is a Savoy EC311050. It's my first time to purchase your products. Bonnie

Took Three Coffee Makers To Get One Good One

Purchased in July 2016 from local store. When I got it home, side of stainless was dented so back I went. There were no more in stock so it had to be sent from another store. A week later I finally have replacement. Everything seemed great except for the lid on the glass pot. I haven't figured out how to remove it for easier cleaning. Six months later the screen light failed and couldn't read anything on it. I had to ship it 200 miles away to repair center. When returned electric wires were sticking out where coffee drips through. Krups had me return it to it to them so I had to ship it for the second time. Finally after being without a pot for one month in all, I received a new coffee maker from Krups. They did supply a pre-paid shipping label both times. Packing a coffee maker in a big box and getting it to UPS was a hassle. Not sure I will buy again. I read another review having this same problem

It is a nice coffee maker and I like the design,but is not good if I want to make a fast cup of coffee.Also,it was a real hastle to clean the filter.

I love MY KRUPS

The Krups is perfect. This coffee maker is easy to move around and the shape of it protects the carafe. I don't worry about it falling out and breaking. I would definitely buy this over and over again. The controls are simple and way easy to use. I love this product very much.

Overall, a great little coffee maker!

As an every-day coffee maker, this one is hard to beat. It's a very pretty and compact little machine, and fits nicely in the corner of my kitchen counter. But pretty isn't the only thing it's got going for it!

Keeps coffee hot. The filter that comes with it is only so-so, black sludge on bottom of pot and in coffee mug, you need to use a paper filter. The maker is large, takes up lots of space.

Great coffee maker

Just started using my new coffee maker and have been really happy so far. It's easy to use, can brew up to 12 cups at a time and brews really quickly. Definitely recommend.
