Stopped working

I don't use the slow cooker all that often, but leave it on top of the refrigerator so I have easy access to it. I used it about three months ago and it worked fine. Pulled it out for St. Patty's Day and it was completely dead. I am surprised at how poorly made this expensive All-Clad slow cooker is. I have a CrockPot that still works that was purchased 25 years ago. This one lasted less than 3. Clearly by the reviews and my own experience, I would NOT suggest purchasing!

Warped within a few years

I use my crock pot maybe once every two weeks or so. I have had an issue with the top lid warping and the bottom separating from the sides. Given the price I have to say that it should last more than 2 years given how much it costs. I do not think I will buy another all- clad slow cooker.

Not for a lifetime

Given the price paid, I expected to last a lifetime. It did last 7 years, but recently I noticed small bubbles at the bottom and sides of the aluminum insert which pops after a while so assuming that I've been eating aluminum particles in my food.

I would not buy this product again

I use my crock pot weekly, the insert is starting to warp and wear. it has bubbled and chipped. The lid is so warped from use that it doesn't sit right.

i have loved this slow cooker! it is super easy to set up and use! the timer and the heat settings are great i like the warm feature so it won't burn the food and will still keep the food hot. i would definitely buy this product again or for someone as a gift. it looks great and works wonderfully! i made lasagna soup and it turned out great and didn't take very long. all other products i've used didn't have a timer or have the warm setting. this is by far the best i've seen so far.

I love this slow cooker! I've made a pork roast, a whole chicken, and bbq chicken thighs in it so far and they've all turned out great! My only complaint is that the lid does wobble quite a bit It actually seems the top of the ceramic insert is uneven, which is causing it. But even with this the slow cooker does cook meals wonderfully and I've had no issues with food drying out. Overall I'm happy with it. I received this item at a discounted price for my honest review.

It just stops cooking

It’s such a beautiful appliance but after 3 years and approx 35 uses it just will just stop cooking after a short time. I can restart it and then it does the same thing. Most expensive slow cooker I’ve owned and the worst one also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
