TERRIBLE!!!!

Terrible product. Will not heat up to temperature. Very surprised being that it is an all-clad product. I would steer as far away from this product. Terrible investment. Lets hope their warranty department stands by their product.

How in the world is one to cook a roast all day without constant resetting?!!!! This is a HORRIBLE slow cooker, and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone! Ridiculous...

Mine shuts down mid-cooking. Must be a thermostat. Goes 20-30 minutes and shuts down. Cheaper ones will be better.

Bought this thinking that investing that much money we would have it the rest of our lives not 3 years! Very disappointed. We definitely won't buy another one. I can't believe it stopped working after 3 years of light use and extreme care. My 55 year old Kenmore waffle iron just quit this summer.

Cooks too fast

I use this occasionally, and I am going to give up on it. The cooker simply cooks too fast, even on the low setting. Food is cooking at a rate similar to other means of cooking, defeating the purpose of "slow cook". I can't quite put my finger on the problem and so I give up. A slow cooker that isn't...slow.

Do not buy!

I purchased the All Clad slow cooker less than a year ago. I am now getting an F1 code on the display and it won't work at all. Also, the nonstick material on the insert is already delaminating from the insert metal. Horrible quality and reliability!
