Is there a fix?

For what others have also complained about...mainly that it seems the heat coil stops after an hour or so. It is only a few years old and only very light use. If you can't trust that a slow cooker will continue to cook without having to monitor/reset else risk non-cooked food, it is essentially useless. I loved it when it worked, so hoping there is a fix available. Thanks

Great slow cooker- until it cracked on its own while cooking

I’m so sad! This was the best slow cooker ever! Sadly, the ceramic insert cracked yesterday while cooking and raw chicken and uncooked chili went all over my counter, bottom cabinets, between the cabinets/stove, and all on our hardwood floor!! This mess was no joke!! I’m NOT pleased that there is no warranty replacement option for another insert....or at least a nice discount or coupon for another insert (we were a month over the two year “warranty”).

Poor quality - non-stick coating peels off

The non-stick coating on the aluminum insert bubbles and peels off and will end up in your food rendering the unit useless.

We own several All Clad pans, and when our basic Rival Crock Pot died after 30 years, we thought to upgrade. All Clad cooker was properly maintained and used often. Iinside blistering occured within a year. Went to plug in today: no read out. Please don't waste your money. Very disappointed.

Ceramic insert is LOW quality!

The actual slow cooker works great. However, for the cost the insert should be lasting as long as the cheap o versions from the 90s that I still see everywhere at potlucks! So disappointed in this that it has cracked after only owning for a short time and taking good care of it.

Just another broken insert

Very sad to say that I too have a broken insert after minimal use. The handle broke right off, never been dropped or slammed around and while it’s a couple years old I’ve used it less than 20 times. Buyer beware.

Two quit working after exactly one year!

Paid WAY too much for an appliance that only lasted a year! Our friend then gave us his brand new one (which he never even used) and that one quit on me tonight! My slow cooker have always been one of my most cherished posessions. Thanks to this exact model and brand, that is no longer the case. I don't usually write reviews, but I think I you should be warned before even considering this cheap product!

Beware: insert fails

This is a great slow cooker, however, the insert flakes and renders the slow cooker unusable. It has become an expensive paperweight. I expected so much more from all clad. They should take care of their loyal customers and send a ceramic replacement.
