Very disappointed

I have had this crock pot maybe five years and have used it probably a maximum of 25 times. The other day it just died, the screen is completely black. This was a very expensive crock pot. It felt like a real splurge and upgrade from an old Rival. The old Rival is still working, I passed it on to one of my children. I have a lot of All Clad products and I expect more for the hefty price. I would consider this to be a total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to Clean

I have had this slow cooker for many years. I use it all the time especially in the colder months. We love comfort food in the winter. Clean up is a breeze as nothing really sticks to the coating. I want to get the smaller version also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great concept - poor quality

I purchased years ago with the cast aluminum insert. Sure enough, the Teflon insert coating started peeling/blistering after no more than 10 uses - with hand washing and wooden/plastic utensils. No replacement offered and mere days following warranty expiration. It looked so good, though, I couldn’t throw it so I call it my “shelf boat anchor” .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this for many years. It is the cooker that I use at least once a week. Never any problems. No frills and simple to use. Simple is best.
