Love the product but handle gets hot

I love the slow cooker. It is fast and the food cooks well. The only downside is the metal handle that gets very hot.

Great Slow Cooker

This slow cooker not only looks great but works just as well. It's easy to use pre programmable timer let's you set it for up to 26 hours of hassle free cooking. The 6.5 quart capacity is wonderful for larger meals. Easy to read digital display is a plus for me. Automatically switches to warm mode when food is done. The black ceramic insert can be used to serve your food and is easily dishwasher safe. I actually use the slow cooker liner bags for easier cleanup.

Family-Sized Beauty

When I opened this box, I wasn't prepared to experience the beauty of this specific slow cooker! It is all a beautiful stainless steel material and has a black insert--it matches perfectly to my appliances in the kitchen! This slow cooker is extremely heavy-duty and has steel handles for secured handling of the entire product. It's a huge slow cooker, so it is easy to use for both my family and for meal preparation for foods I freeze and reheat later. One unique feature is that this slow cooker is programmable and at that, it has 3 different settings. Once the time you have programmed is up, it automatically sets itself to the warm setting. I used a removable insert for my first meal with this slow cooker but all the washable pieces are dishwasher safe, so I know if I run out of inserts, clean up will still be a breeze! This is the best slow cooker I have ever used and I look forward to using it more.

Used several times & quit

We only used this crock pot several times and it quit. We have others over 20 years old that cost a fraction of the All Clad and they still work. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved the timer and settings. However, the insert cracked while cooking. It has continued to spread. Threw out today. Very disappointed
