I bought my all clad slow cooker years ago and within 2 years the insert buckles and bubbles. I finally got around to researching this and looking for a replacement and saw all of the other negative reviews and so many with the same problem. Wake up All Clad and respond !!!

I have the same problem. Loved the cooker but it is now useless with an insert that flakes non-stick surface into the food. It would be nice if All-Clad would sell an improved replacement insert. But perhaps it is better for them to try to sell me another new unit. Nice try. BTW, we treated this like a baby. No metal just silicone tools, hand cleaned, etc.

Got this as a wedding gift over 10 years ago. Used weekly and has been extremely reliable. I have made more queso to the sides at parties than I care to admit, but the crusty cheese that cooks on the sides after hours of cooking—just slides down the sides and the insert cleans up in a flash.

I don't use the slow cooker all that often, but leave it on top of the refrigerator so I have easy access to it. I used it about three months ago and it worked fine. Pulled it out for St. Patty's Day and it was completely dead. I am surprised at how poorly made this expensive All-Clad slow cooker is. I have a CrockPot that still works that was purchased 25 years ago. This one lasted less than 3. Clearly by the reviews and my own experience, I would NOT suggest purchasing!

I am very disappointed with my slow cooker, but even more horrified with the All Clad company. The coating on my aluminum insert has started to bubble and peel. I bought this appliance over a cheaper brand because it was All Clad. This defect is a health hazard and the company should be very concerned. After reading the reviews, I find I am not the only person who has had this problem. All Clad should try to correct this defect, especially if they are a reliable company, a company that stands by their products.

Digital Interface breaks easily and the non-stick liner burns up and bubbles!

This is my second All Clad Slow Cooker after Williams Sonoma so kindly replaced the first defective one. But alas, I have the same problems with the replacement, leading me to believe that this product is defectively designed. The digital interface is now not even perceptible, thus rendering the product useless because you cannot confirm the temperature nor the time of the settings. The non-stick lining oddly bubbles up and has odd rough convex dents protruding--very odd and discomforting.
