Good...and Truly Bad

Wonderfully sturdy yet lightweight. EXCELLENT suction and easy to clean. Very nice design. Problem is the battery life. Fully charged, my brand new vacuum only lasts about 10 minutes before it stops completely and requires a recharge. That's truly unbelievable. This was a gift (after some rudimentary research I asked for "the best 20v handheld..."). Now, reading the reviews I see it'll be downhill fast from here as the battery, which can not be replaced(!!), ages rapidly and dies. Based on many of the reviews, looks like I'll be shopping for a new handheld in about 2 yrs. I'll be better educated next time. Suction, lightweight, AND replaceable battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product

Battery cannot be replaced!!! Have to throw the entire product away once battery dies and then buy a new one. Talk about planned obsolescence! And waste!! Also the "pre-filter" on mine cannot be removed and therefore cannot be cleaned properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great and powerful vac

This is the best hand vac I have ever owned. It's 20 Volts really gives it good suction and the charge seems to last a good time.

This is the best handheld vacuum I’ve ever owned. It’s my second time buying it. The first one lasted 5 years. It has great suction, easy cleaning and the tools to extend reach or use the brush are built right in.

Long Lasting Battery

I was a little hesitant about buying this vac after reading some reviews saying it was made cheap. Well, I took a chance and bought it anyhow. A year later, and I have 3 dogs that shed an unbelievable amount of hair on a daily basis; it is still running, nothing has broke and I have never ran the battery dead yet. I have probably had it running for 20 minutes straight, and it picks up just as well as it does from the start. Great vacuum! I would recommend it over any handheld cordless vacuum on the market. 5 stars from me!

GREATEST DESIGN AND DUSTBUSTER EVER!

I don't understand why this workhorse has such a low rating. WEll- partly. My firt one the batery died. But I bought another nd it has been oging strong for 16 months now! Came here to buy another for my son who lovesit! for his new apartment. I adore mine and enjoy using it eery single time! It's light, works for 5-10 minutes at time which is good enough for light quick dust mess in an apartment and nit can reach every nook and cranny. Strong suction, love the design! easy cleanup of tool itself (though you do have to clean the plastic dust trap or the debris gets stuck there) but eazy peasy! Best dustbuster on the market imho andn I've had several til this one! Getting another as I see its on sale and now I'm scared it will be disconitnued!

Great Product But Battery Only Lasted 3 Years

This is a very well designed hand vacuum and it worked great for almost 3 years. But then it suddenly stopped running. Not worth getting repaired, so I purchased another one. I hope it lasts longer than the first!

This is our second dustbuster! We had one for, probably close to 20 years before it finally conked out :o(.
